As the dedicated Developer Documentation Writer for Industries Cloud products in Automotive and Manufacturing, as well as standalone products, Channel Revenue Management, and Agentforce IT Service. I own developer content across these product areas, including REST and SOAP APIs, object reference documentation, and MuleSoft integration guides.
Specializing in crafting comprehensive product documentation for SnapLogic's Snaps product, I utilize DITA XML for precise and structured content. My role extends beyond documentation to encompass the implementation of consistent styling, enhancing the user experience. Through active collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, QA, and DevOps, I ensure alignment between documentation and product functionality.
My contributions also extend to the user interface by refining UI labels within the Snaps, ensuring strict adherence to the SnapLogic Styleguide. This commitment enhances the overall user experience through clear and consistent communication.
Responsible for developing comprehensive documentation for GenAI and Large Language Model (LLM) Snaps, while spearheading the migration of extensive content from Confluence to a DITA-based documentation platform. This role involves meticulous content structuring, ensuring clarity and accessibility, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of technical communication.
Additionally, I have assumed the role of a DITA admin, overseeing doc PR merges and reviews with regular cadence. I have introduced new methods for expedited merges and resolved various DITA issues, contributing actively to discussions aimed at improving our documentation site’s development.
This dynamic blend of technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration drives the quality of both documentation and user interface elements within the SnapLogic platform. I take pride in delivering clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that empowers both internal teams and SnapLogic users alike.
Led the development of a documentation site from scratch using Markdown and GitHub authoring. I took on the additional responsibility of designing the site for optimal user experience. Simultaneously, I deepened my product knowledge in IPaaS and various SaaS offerings, ensuring that the documentation not only provided technical insights but also catered to a seamless user experience. My role was characterized by a holistic approach to both content creation and design, contributing to effective communication and usability for our audience.
